Job Description:
This is a temporary full-time administrative position. -We are
seeking a detail-oriented Digital Filing Clerk to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for scanning paper documents and
organizing them into an electronic filing system. Duties include
preparing documents for scanning, ensuring image quality and
accuracy, properly naming and indexing files, and maintaining the
integrity and confidentiality of all records. The ideal candidate
is organized, efficient, and comfortable using basic office and
scanning equipment. The position will be through a temporary
staffing agency, but the office is located in the People & Culture
(Human Resources) Department of Town Hall where all paper files are
located.
Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
