Job Description:
A company is looking for an Asbestos/Toxic Tort Investigator to
conduct investigations into toxic tort and asbestos claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive investigations into toxic tort and asbestos
claims
Assign and oversee work to field investigators and manage
assignments to internal units
Gather and analyze evidence, prepare detailed investigative
reports, and collaborate with legal teams
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in toxic tort and asbestos claim
investigations
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Experience working with legal teams in a litigation setting
Familiarity with medical terminology and environmental science
Proficiency in using investigative tools and software
