Job Description Job Description LHH is assisting a
well-established law firm in Miami, Florida with its search for an
experienced Litigation Legal Assistant. This hybrid position
supports attorneys handling complex commercial and business
litigation matters and requires a strong litigation background.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative and litigation support to
attorneys handling complex commercial litigation Prepare, revise,
and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Maintain
case files, manage calendars, and monitor critical deadlines in
state and federal courts Coordinate depositions, hearings,
mediations, and trial logistics Assist with document management,
e-filing, and preparation of exhibits Communicate with courts,
clients, vendors, and opposing counsel as directed Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant,
supporting complex commercial litigation matters (required) Strong
knowledge of Florida state and federal court procedures and
e-filing systems Excellent organizational, proofreading, and
time-management skills Ability to manage multiple cases in a
fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal
document management systems Work Environment: Hybrid schedule
(combination of in-office and remote work) Miami, FL office
