Jr. Business Analyst Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for analyzing and validating requirements against system design
• Clearly articulate technology in terms stakeholders can understand
• Anticipate and understand the impact of changes in business objectives and  its effect on project scope
• Function as liaison between information systems group and other departments as needed
• Responsible for active involvement with Quality Assurance teams with QA activities
• Recommend, evaluate, implement and champion changes in processes and procedures in order to improve the work environment
 
Jr. Business Analyst Job Skills Required:
• 0-4 years of professional experience with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited University - Recent College Graduates welcome!
• Must possess well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
• Ability to understand strategy and align tactical and strategic work in a well-balanced way
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must possess a high achievement orientation with a willingness to learn
• Possess an overall understanding of technology concepts, trends, and capabilities
