Job Skills / Requirements Prosegur Security is looking for Access Control /Front Desk Officers in Fort Lauderdale Area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. This critical position safeguards our clients and what they value the most. Shift Includes: Mornings Schedule: F/T Mon-Fri: 0700-1500 40 hours per week Location: Fort Lauderdale The starting pay rate is $16.00/HR Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to: Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the property Monitoring operational procedures Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational. Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have a valid Security Guard License Must have 3 year of experience as a Security Officer Must have 3 year of experience in Customer Service Must Have 3 year of experience in Front Desk Bilingual preferred Must have reliable transportation Must have good communications skills Ability to stand or walk for long periods Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
