POSITION: This position is exclusively for professionals licensed
in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a

Summary: Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents
in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the
interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of
life.: Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited PT program *
Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required * SNF or
post-acute experience preferred * Net Health knowledge preferred
