of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home health agency that is
growing and looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in
Northern Palm Beach County As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you
will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to
implement services to meet the needs of individuals and families in
their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical
assessments and determine any patient home care needs, assist in
developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient
