DescriptionWe are hiring a Director of Front Office!The Director of Front Office is responsible for the success of the front desk, guest satisfaction, product quality standards, and managing all hotel areas according to Brand standards to ensure a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. The role involves exemplary performance to set a standard for staff.Responsibilities:

  • Maintain guest service as the core philosophy of the hotel.
  • Ensure every guest is satisfied.
  • Train all hotel staff, including new hires, on guest service components to meet standards.
  • Develop customer service programs that add value.
  • Empower staff to deliver guest service through encouragement and rewards.
  • Act as manager on duty and oversee front desk operations.
  • Train front desk staff in check-in/check-out, telephone procedures, hotel amenities, and computer systems.
  • Participate in Revenue Management functions, including conference calls with Corporate Management and brand revenue centers.
  • Produce accurate financial reports timely.
  • Collaborate with General Manager and Sales Manager/DOS on sales strategies, rate codes, and rooming lists.
  • Manage human resources functions: recruiting, training, performance evaluations, and reward programs.
  • Ensure staff understand hotel objectives and that personnel files are compliant with laws.
  • Administer personnel policies fairly and resolve employee grievances promptly.
  • Mentor direct reports to develop management talent.
  • Monitor and maintain acceptable staff turnover levels.
  • Know and adhere to local health and safety codes and regulations.
  • Follow policies for the hotel's key control system.
  • Maintain physical standards through preventive maintenance and deep-cleaning schedules.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of rooms, exterior, and parking areas.BenefitsWe offer competitive wages.
