A-Level Automotive Technician (Flat Rate – High Production Opportunity) AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care – Fort Pierce, FL Pay: $30–$32 Flat Rate per hour Current technicians consistently flagging 60–80 hours worked weekly If you are an experienced A-level technician, you already know the difference between a job that looks good on paper and a shop that actually produces. We are a high-car-count, production-driven shop with steady work across engine and transmission jobs, drivability diagnostics, and general repair. This is a shop where technicians stay busy and have the opportunity to produce every day. Realistic Earnings Based on Current Production: 60 hours flagged: approximately $1,800–$1,920 per week 70 hours flagged: approximately $2,100–$2,240 per week 80 hours flagged: approximately $2,400–$2,560 per week This position offers a realistic earning potential of $75,000 to $120,000 annually for a qualified technician.
