Job Description:
FirstChoice Professional Painting is seeking a highly motivated
and talented Estimator/Sales Person to join our dynamic team. We
are a professional painting company dedicated to providing
commercial and residential painting services with integrity and
craftsmanship to the South Florida market with a highly dedicated,
inspired, and caring team. This is a fantastic opportunity to

industry. Job Title: Estimator Location: Palm Beach County (Jupiter
/ Palm Beach Gardens) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range:
Commission-Based - Potential to earn $75,000 Responsibilities:
Evaluate project requirements and specifications to determine the
scope of work. Conduct on-site inspections to assess the condition
of surfaces, measure dimensions, and identify any additional
preparation or repairs needed. Prepare accurate and detailed cost
estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor
services. Collaborate with clients, architects, and project
managers to understand project goals, provide recommendations, and
offer value engineering solutions when appropriate. Prepare
comprehensive project proposals and bid documents. Maintain a
database of material prices, labor rates, and subcontractor costs
to ensure accurate estimating. Stay updated on industry trends,
painting techniques, and regulatory requirements. Join professional
organizations relating to client base. Requirements: Previous
experience as a painting contractor estimator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry
standards. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Excellent
mathematical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and the
ability to produce accurate and timely estimates. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification or training in estimating
or project management. Sales experience in painting industry
Experience working with commercial painting projects. Knowledge of
cost control and budget management principles. Key Skills and
Abilities: Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate
cost calculations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
to collaborate with clients and subcontractors. Time management and
organizational skills to meet project deadlines. About our company:
