Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to help at our world corporate headquarter. This long-term contract role is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and focuses on ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial reporting, and compliance across insurance-related activities. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration and demonstrate expertise in financial coordination and accounting practices. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with project management teams to manage procurement activities, including purchase order creation and requisition processing. • Execute month-end accruals and track insurance expenses to support precise financial reporting. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies by working closely with the accounting team. • Maintain and update master data to uphold accuracy across organizational systems. • Coordinate with finance, project managers, and site personnel to prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements. • Facilitate the executive signature process for critical documentation and approvals. • Organize financial data and oversee insurance tracking systems for streamlined operations. • Monitor and validate insurance-related cost flows to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Provide detailed cost analysis and financial support to insurance providers and stakeholders. • Extensive experience in insurance operations and financial processes. • Proficiency in managing month-end accruals and financial reporting. • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments. • Familiarity with procurement activities and purchase order management. • Knowledge of accounting methodology and compliance standards. • Experience with SAP or similar financial modules. • Excellent communication and documentation skills to support executive-level operations.
