The Role: The Captain is a senior front-of-house professional responsible for leading service on the floor, driving exceptional guest experience, and maximizing revenue through refined hospitality and strategic upselling. This role requires strong knowledge of wine, champagne, and premium spirits, as well as the ability to mentor and elevate the service team.
